Who is the legal employer under EOR?

We are. Master Recruiter (or our local entity) is the legal employer of record in the employee's country. This means we take on the legal responsibility for employment compliance — you manage the work and performance day-to-day.

Can I terminate the arrangement if needed?

Yes. If you need to end the employment, we manage the termination process in compliance with local law — notice periods, severance, and any statutory requirements.

How does pricing work?

We charge a monthly management fee per employee in addition to their salary and employer costs. We'll give you a full cost breakdown before you commit — no hidden charges.

Can I transition to my own entity later?

Absolutely. EOR is often used as a bridge while you assess a market. Once you're ready to set up your own entity, we can help you transition the employee across.
