Brief and onboard
We agree the scope, set up tools and systems, and your recruiter gets a full briefing on your company, roles, and ideal candidates.
Start hiring
Your recruiter works full-time, reporting directly to you. You get daily visibility on pipeline, outreach, and candidates in progress.
Review and extend
