Discovery call — we get to know each other

Onboarding — tools set up, ready to go
We set up your CRM, VOIP phone, Office 365, and all your tools from day one. You get a full walkthrough of the system and the network so you know exactly where to start.

Day one — tools live, support in place
Your CRM is set up, your tools are ready, and your support team is behind you from the start. Hit the ground running — your desk, your clients, your way.
Step 05
Ongoing — coaching, support, and back-office
The Master Recruiter office is behind you every step. Coaching sessions when you need them, operational support, and full back-office handling invoicing and payments.
